What to carry
– Personal reusable water bottle.
– Personal medications (if on any prescribed medications).
– A personal mini first-aid kit.
– Location and retreat specific clothing enough for the entire retreat (we do not promise of laundry services at each location).
– Other personal toiletries that are not easy to obtain while on a retreat.
– A government recognized ID
– Any emergency contact number should be on person or on the phone.
– Personal phone specific chargers and convertors / adaptors for other personal electronic items (Camera’s / tablets / recorders etc.)
– Proper comfortable footwear that has been tried and tested.
– Personal snacks if required in small quantities for personal use only.
– Rain / sun protection as per the season and location.
– We recommend participants to carry some cash on them as everyone these days is conditioned to paying via electronic payment portals or net banking which rely heavily on a stable internet connection and mobile phone connectivity. We do not guarantee that our retreat locations will have such connectivity.
